I am a graduate of Western Michigan University, Indiana University, and Johns Hopkins University’s. I have partnered with ISTE and various educational, governmental, and business organizations. Presently oversee the(ISB) Integrated Solutions Block, a 21st century program serving 950 students integrating technology with core standards, at Woodside Middle School near Fort Wayne, Indiana. Recently presented at NECC in Washington DC, Alan November’s “Building Learning Communities 2009” in Boston, the National Middle School Conference in Indianapolis, CELL’s Education Transformation Conference also in Indianapolis and the Illinois Computer Conferences in Chicago and St Charles, Illinois. I have participated in Project VISM at James Madison University and Project Lead The Way at the Rochester Institute of Technology. My pursuit of 21st century learning has included leading an Indiana ISTE state delegation on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, presenting at the Indiana State Rotunda Day for technology, and participation in efforts to initiate a PBL organization for middle schools in Indiana. I will be presenting at ISTE 2010 and at BLC10, and will assist in the facilitation of a national STEM program in Washington DC during the summer of 2010. Along with providing in-services for schools both in and outside of Indiana, I recently presented a webinar for ISTE in May of 2010 and was the subject of an interview for a past podcast involving technology integration by Seedlings in March of 2010. Most of all, I continues to advocate for teachers and students while concentrating efforts at transforming education and bringing 21st Century Skills to every classroom.

How far along are your efforts to create a PBL organization for middle schools in Indiana? I'd love to know. (p.s. I'm also an IU grad!)
