Make your textbook interactive with Glogster Edu

In my country pupils start learning English language at age of 8 (the second grade). The main skills they have to get through this stage of their language learning  are basic: speaking and reading, comprehensive listening and writing . According to pupils’ age it is not required writing  transcription of new vocabulary and because of that the remembering of it happens trough a lot of repeating of new words, sentences, texts. Pupils need audio and visual aids as much as it’s possible…

Free Ways To Download Any Video

Posted on November 30, 2010 at 9:56pm 1 Comment

Hi there!
I'm doing a list of all free websites where we can download any video (on a wiki page) to share with my Bulgarian colleagues. This is a gloggie I made in English on the same topic. Sharing it with you I'd like to get more information about the similar websites you have been using on that purpose. Thanks in advance!

Thank You, Rose! That is so good to hear. I am up very late this evening editing video of our student council election speeches (due tomorrow morning, of course) and I was very happy to receive your message! Your school looks very interesting - how great to have opera at your school! I will get in touch with you soon about some collaboration ideas. My students are going to be thrilled to learn that we will be working with you and your students. Thanks again.

Greetings, Rose, from Memphis, Tennessee, USA! My name is Ken Greene and I am the general music teacher and choir director at Ridgeway Middle School. I am very impressed with your wonderful work! Would you be interested in participating in a "global collaboration" with me and my students? We will be using Glogster (which I LOVE!!!), as well as Voicethread and other applications. We even participated in several live video chats using Skype and Google Video Chat. We have had a lot of success collaborating with students in other countries and we are anxious to continue meeting and working with new friends. If you would like to visit my web site to see what kind of work we have done, the address is: http://web.me.com/knrgreene/RMSMusicMediaNetwork/Welcome.html. I hope to hear from you soon! Best Regards, Ken

Hello Rose and welcome to classroom2.0. You have certainly shared a lot of your materials quickly with us. I started to use Glogster and then couldnt work out how to get the educational account. However, I know there are many who love using it. We look forward to sharing conversations with you.
