- I am all about using the coolest tools to get the job done. That includes using an old aluminum sled to tote hay to the horses during a blizzard and using screen capturing software to create professional development videos because our system cannot afford to pull teachers out of classes or pay them to attend dev courses after school. We can post our PD videos on our SAFARI Montage servers push to each of our 200 schools where the teachers can use them as "just in time" support. Cool tools!
