About Me: I am an Elementary Principal beginning my sixth year in LPS. In a district of 14 other elementaries, our building houses the ELL Program. We serve approximately 160 second language students throughout the city, representing over 25 countries and 16 different languages. The total enrollment for East is approximately 300 children, PreK-5. Our ESL Program is delivered by an English Immersion Model. I would welcome any and all visitors to share their thoughts and comments.

Attending the Technology Education Conference in Colorado

I had a wonderful experience attending my first education technology conference. As I sat and listened to the keynote speaker, Will Richardson, I could not help but think how I am impacting the lives of students for the future in the workplace. Also, my own children!
