Right Shot Assignment

I tried to shoot all the required shots sort of freestyle at a wedding. It proved to be difficult because I could not edit properly. Can't seem to copy anything to Movie Maker 2.6. I guess I'll try in YouTube next. I love the over the sholder shot most of all. It does add depth of field and more interest to the subject. laptops are still the thing

I have been an ipad and generally a tablet skeptic from the get go (I like screens that can stand up on their own!). But recently I was asked to help set up a social network for a project that purchased ipads for all the participants. Ugh - I cant seem to find a good social networking tool that can deal with mobile safari. So far only edmodo seems to provide any formatting options for entering text - but it wont let ipad users attach…

So many of the open source SN tools use editors like coeditor and tinymce that do not work well with iPads. I decided to give Ning another look. So far I see a few glitches, but text at least is easy to use.

We Need Solid Mathematical Writers to Promote Math for Our Nation's Future

Everyone in industry, research, and scientific research seems to realize that we have a severe shortage of quality math students coming up through college. And the kids themselves in K-12, specifically in High School tend to realize that math is not their strong suit, but why I ask? research and/or opinions on size of vocabulary lists

I have been a strong believer in the importance of teaching vocabulary to my students since I began teaching back in the dark ages. I like to provide a list of ten words that have a common theme and ask the kids to be able to spell and define the list each Friday. It has worked very well for me in the past.
