I, and probably every one of our students, wants to work here.

This video inspired some great conversation with some colleagues about education as a whole. This is what we are competing against for "school work" time.

Yes I saw this, my kind of music video! When you discussed this as competition for school work time, was it in the context of students watching this, or wanting to make this?

Both. We talked about how the institution of education (with some exceptions) was stuck in an outdated way of educating. Today's students want information at their speed and at their interest level; very much individualized. The want to be social, collaborative, and spontaneous (like this video). Very much not the norm in education.

It would be fantastic for education if you got rid of the bad language. The concept, the cooperation, the lip-sinking, all these are great! So who are these kids?
