Nearing the 15000 mark!

It's amazing to see how far the Studica Skills competitions have come in just three seasons. Some of the submissions are from schools that have participated since our inception, and it's really nice to see they're still enthusiastic about it! We're slowly getting the word out, and we have nearly 15000 registrants worldwide so far!

Top Cow comics recently teaming up with Studica Skills was a great boost for us! Not only did it diversify the competitions even more, but it's brought awareness to a group that might never have heard of us. Our sponsorship continues to grow, with some of the biggest names out there (like Adobe, Autodesk, Pro Tools, Quark and Sony, among others) adding integrity to the Studica reputation. People are starting to recognize our name. THAT is incredibly gratifying!

I've sent out dozens of teacher's kits since we really started promoting Studica Skills in November, and the feedback has been excellent! It's nice to see our project coming to fruition. I'm anxious to hear what kind of feedback we'll be getting when the third season wraps up in April '08. It will be wonderful to send out free software, cash and scholarships to our big winners, and hopefully they'll come back again when the fourth season kicks off next May!
