Hello Ray, I am not sure if I can support your teaching i relation with ICT, because ICT is something very new in my country too. At this time I do work with white board helping teachers to incorporate it in theirs teaching. If you heed something about whiteboard, e,x, sites with on line lessons etc, I am going to help you...
